Pipitone as Distributee of the Estate of Peter N. Cavak a/k/a Peter Cavak, Philip Pipitone a/k/a Phil Pipitone a/k/a Philip E. Pipitone as Distributee of the Estate of Peter N. Cavak a/k/a Peter Cavak, New York City Environmental Control Board, New York City Parking Violations Bureau, New York City Transit Adjudication Bureau, New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, United States of America - Internal Revenue Service and "JOHN DOE #1" through "JOHN DOE #10", the last ten names being fictitious and unknown to the plaintiff, the person or parties intended being the persons or parties, if any, having or claiming an interest in or lien upon the mortgaged premises described in the Complaint, Defendants. NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION AND RELIEF SOUGHT THE OBJECT of the above captioned action is to foreclose a Mortgage to secure $370,000.00 and interest, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Queens on November 19, 2018 in CRFN 2018000383014, covering the premises known as 11413 109th Avenue a/k/a 114-13 109th Avenue, South Ozone Park, NY 11420. The relief sought in the within action is final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.
