Gonyea and Emma E. Gonyea to Leonard J. Bush, Jr., and Marion Bush by deed dated the 14th day of May, 1949 and recorded in the Office of the Essex County Clerk in Book 269 of Deeds at page 326 on the 16th day of July, 1949: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate and being in the Town and Village of Ticonderoga, County of Essex and State of New York, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the westerly line of the Portage, said point being the northeast corner of lands of John and Ethel Clancy; thence running northerly along the west line of the Portage thirty four (34) feet to a point marked by an iron pipe driven in the ground for a corner, thence running westerly in a straight line one hundred and twenty three (123) feet to a point marked by an iron pipe in the east line of Water Street; thence running southerly along the east line of said Water Street thirty four (34) feet to the northwest corner of the lands of John and Ethel Clancy; thence running easterly along the northerly line of said Clancy lands one hundred and four (104) feet to the place of beginning.
