GREENE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Athens, County of Greene, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been filed with the Town Clerk at 2 First Street, Athens NY, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until Grievance Day. The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll for a minimum of four hours on the following days: 1 Day (4 Hrs.); May 6, 2026 Location; 2 First Street, Athens NY Between the hours of 8:00am to 12:00pm 1 Day (4 Hrs, including 2 Hrs after 6:00 pm); May 14, 2026 Location;2 First Street, Athens NY Between the hours of 9:00am to 1:00pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00pm by appointment only 2 Days (4 Hrs each) at least 10 days after the filing of the Tentative Assessment roll.
