County of Erie Town of Eden Tax 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Tax Rolls and Warrant for the County of Erie and Town of Eden for the year 2026 have been received by me and that all persons and corporations named herein are required to pay the taxes on said rolls. On all taxes paid on or before March 16, 2026 , no addition will be made, but penalties will be added after that date as follows: If paid on or after March 17 th to June 30 th inclusive add 7.5%. On May 1 st the 7.5% penalty fee is added to the levy, forming the base of the tax then due, thereafter interest is added to the base at the rate of 1.5% per month on the 1 st of each month making 18.78% in all, when unpaid taxes are returned to Erie County in November. Taxes may be paid at the Town Clerk’s Office at the Eden Town Hall between the hours of 8:00am-4pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday and 8:00am-12noon and 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Wednesdays.
