LEGAL NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to § 506 & 512 of RPTL) Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Pendleton has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll, and a copy thereof will be on file as of May 1, 2026 with the Assessor's Office, at 6570 Campbell Boulevard, Lockport, NY 14094, where it may be seen and examined by any Property owner in the Town of Pendleton. Also available online at: www.niagaracounty.com/realproperty or www.pendletonNY.us/town-departments/assessor The Assessor, or her designee, will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll at the Assessor's Office, location above, on Weekdays between 9:00am and 3:00pm, or by appointment only on Saturday May 16th after 6:00pm on Monday, May 18th (please call 716-625-8833 ext 118 to schedule). Complaints with respect to assessments may now be filed with the Assessor. Further notice is hereby given that The Board of Assessment Review of the Town of Pendleton will meet to hear complaints in relation to assessments on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 from 4:00pm to 8:00 pm, at 6570 Campbell Boulevard, Lockport, NY 14094, to consider any complaints with the Assessor present. Complaint forms must be completed and received by May 26, 2026 at 3:00pm in order to be considered by the Board. Publications containing procedures for contesting assessments are available online at www.tax.ny.gov/pit/property/contest/griev proced.htm or at the Pendleton Town Hall in the Assessor's Office.
