The parcel to which this proceeding applies is as follows: Tax Map/Parcel ID No.: Section: 80.41, Block: 6, Lot: 1, for the property located at 2 Woodland Street, Mount Kisco, New York 10549, owned by Mary Ann Johannsen, as Executrix of The Estate of Margaret Johannsen, for the delinquent amount as of March 10, 2026, of $8,051.03. This document serves both as a Petition of Foreclosure and a Notice of Foreclosure for purposes of this proceeding. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 10th day of March, 2026 the Receiver of Taxes, hereinafter, the “Enforcing Officer”, of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, pursuant to law filed with the Clerk of Westchester County, a Petition of Foreclosure against a parcel of real property for unpaid taxes. Such Petition and Notice of Foreclosure pertains to the following parcel: Tax Map/Parcel ID No.: Section: 80.41, Block: 6, Lot: 1, for the property located at 2 Woodland Street, Mount Kisco, New York 10549, owned by Mary Ann Johannsen, as Executrix of The Estate of Margaret Johannsen, for the delinquent amount as of March 10, 2026, of $8,051.03.
