NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE TOWN OF NANTICOKE (Pursuant to sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Assessor of the Town of Nanticoke, County of Broome has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year. A copy can be viewed at the Town of Nanticoke Town Hall or by going to: https://broomecounty.com/realprop/tax-rolls where it may be seen and examined by any interested party. An appointment can be made with the Assessor by email at www.nanticoke-assessor@ outlook.com to review the roll. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE The Town of Nanticoke Board of Assessment Review is scheduled to meet on Monday, June 1, 2026, in person attendance by the public will be permitted by appointment only. As is normally done, a complainant or grievant shall be required to file his/her complaint or grievance forms with the Town of Nanticoke Board of Assessment Review. Applications are available https://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/current_forms_/orpts/rp524_fill_in.pdf or the Assessor’s Office will email or mail the forms on request. The Town of Nanticoke Board of Assessment Review will accept any complaints or grievance forms by mail or by email at www.nanticoke-assessor@ outlook.com on or before June 1, 2026. In addition, the Town of Nanticoke Board of Assessment Review will hear complaints or grievances from the public on June 1, 2026 between 4:00pm and 8:00pm with respect to a filed complaint or grievance.
