LEGAL NOTICE COMPLETION OF THE CITY OF NORTH TONAWANDA'S 2026 TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Assessment Roll for the City of North Tonawanda, Niagara County, State of New York has been completed and verified pursuant to Section 506 of the Real Property Tax Law. The Tentative Assessment Roll is on file in the City Assessor's office, the City Clerk's web page: www.northtonawanda.gov , The Public Library Also www.niagaracounty.com/realproperty. Grievance forms (RP-524) to challenge your tentative assessment will be available in the Assessor's office, the North Tonawanda Library and on our website. The Board of Assessment Review is a separate entity and will meet May 26,2026 from 5:30-9:30 p.m. You do not have to attend; you may drop off your paperwork at the Assessor's office by 5:00 p.m. or attend the meeting. A decision is not made that evening. Your decision will be mailed to you in a timely fashion. The Assessor attends only to answer questions that may arise from the Board or the owners. Barbata W.
