Legal Notices Notice of Completion of Tentative Assessment Roll(Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) Notice is hereby given that as of May 1, 2026, the Assessor for the Town of Perrysburg, County of Cattaraugus, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year.The Tentative Assessment Roll is available online May 1st at www.CattCo.org/Assessment-Rolls [http://www.CattCo.org/Assessment-Rolls] A certified copy of the Tentative Assessment Roll was filed in the Office of the Town Clerk on May 1, 2026 where the same will remain open to public inspections. The assessor or a representative will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment roll at the: Cattaraugus County Real Property Office, 207 Rock City Street, Little Valley on: Saturday May 2nd from 9am-1pm Monday, May 4th from 4-8pm Tuesday, May 5th from 10am-3pm Wednesday May 6 from 10am-3pm The Board of Assessment Review will meet on June 3, 2026 from 4:00-8:00pm at the Town Hall, 10460 Peck Hill Rd, Perrysburg to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any persons believing him/herself to be aggrieved.
