OSWEGO COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE Legal Notice TOWN OF SCHROEPPEL NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Section 506 and Article 15A, Section 1526 of Real Property Tax Law) 2026 Assessment Fact Sheet and 2026 Tentative Assessment Roll is available for inspection at the Town of Schroeppel Assessor’s Office, 69 County Route 57A, Phoenix, NY. The assessor will be in attendance with the tentative roll prior to grievance on the following days: Normal hours plus, (Tuesday) May 12th 4pm-8pm, (Saturday) May 16th 9am-1pm and (Wednesday) May 20st 9am-2pm at the assessor’s office. GRIEVANCE DAY is May 26th; assessment complaints must be filed on or before (Friday) May 23rd (after hours drop box is available on the wall to the right of the entrance) and will be heard in the Town of Schroeppel Court Room beginning on (Tuesday) May 26th, 4:00pm-8:00pm. Level of Assessment: 45%, Current Equalization Rate: 45%. Current Residential Assessment Ratio: 45%. Grievance forms (RP-524) and instructions (RP-524-Ins) are available at the assessor’s office Monday thru Thursday 9am to 1pm.
