Tentative Assessment Roll Pursuant to Section 506 & 526 of the Real Property Tax Law: NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessor of the City of Poughkeepsie, County of Dutchess has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year, a copy of which is filed with the City Chamberlain and may be viewed on-line at: www.cityofpoughkeepsie.com or www.dutchessny.gov. The Assessor will be in attendance with such tentative roll on the following days, please call 845-451-4039 to Schedule an Appointment: May 4, 2026 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF: 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm May 1 1, 2026 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF: 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm May 19, 2026 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF: 10:00 am and 1:00 pm SATURDAY May 16, 2026: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Property owners who wish to grieve their 2026 tentative assessments are strongly encouraged to submit their grievance application (RP-524) and supporting documentation to: City Assessor, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 prior to Grievance Day, May 26, 2026.
