Legal Notices NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) Notice is hereby given that as of May 1, 2026, the Assessor for the town of Randolph, County of Cattaraugus, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year. The Tentative Assessment Roll is available online May 1 at www.CattCo.org/Assessment-Rolls. A certified copy of the Tentative Assessment Roll was filed in the office of the town clerk on May 1, 2026 where the same will remain open to public inspections. The assessor or a representative will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment roll at the Cattaraugus County Real Property Office, 207 Rock City Street, Little Valley on: Saturday, May 2, 2026 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Monday, May 4, 2026 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 5, 2026 10:00 am – 3:00 pm Wednesday, May 6, 2026 10:00 am – 3:00 pm The Board of Assessment Review will meet on June 2, 2026 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Town Hall, 72 West Main Street, Randolph to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any persons believing him/herself to be aggrieved.
