TOWN OF SCRIBA TAX COLLECTOR'S NOTICE SECOND NOTICE FEE FOR 2026 UNPAID TAXES In accordance with New York State Real Property Tax Law, Section 987, reminders have been sent to all owners of property in The Town of Scriba with taxes remaining unpaid as of March 14, 2026. In the event that taxes should have been paid through a real property tax escrow account, property owners should immediately notify the holder of the account that the taxes have not yet been paid. Taxes are payable at the Scriba Municipal Building through March 31, 2026. Office hours are from 9:30 - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please mail your payment to 42 Creamery Rd or use the drop box at this address. Payments can also be paid online @ www.scribany.gov/Tax-Collector. After that date, they are payable to the Oswego County Treasurer, 46 East Bridge St., Oswego, with an additional penalty added.
