VILLAGE OF WALTON INVITATION FOR BIDS The Village of Walton will be holding a tax foreclosure sale for five properties by sealed bid. A property listing with the minimum bid amounts can be found on the Village website, villageofwalton.com, and posted in Village Hall, 21 North St. Walton. All bids must be received at the Village Hall by 2:00 p.m. on April 30, 2026 in sealed envelopes. All bids will then be opened. The envelopes must be marked with the property address that the bid is for and the bidders contact information. Total payments must be paid in cash or certified checks payable to the Village of Walton and received within seven (7) days, May 7, 2026. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids, the Board may award the contract to either of such bidders.
