Thursday, May 14th, Friday, May 15th 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM & Saturday,y May 16th, 2026 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM BRING YOUR REFUSE TO SWDA TRANSFER STATION STATE ROUTE 420, MASSENA, NY ***LOAD MUST BE TARPED*** NOT ACCEPTED · NO Household garbage · NO Brush · NO Infectious waste, needles, or medications · NO Tires · NO Commercial Haulers · NO Propane tanks · NO Hazardous or flammable liquids in containers · NO Liquids of any kind NO BUILDING / CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL & DEBRIS such as concrete, asphalt, wood, roofing, siding, sheetrock, etc. WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
