NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING




VILLAGE OF NEW YORK MILLS




The Village of New York Mills has prepared a Stormwater Management Program and an Annual Report summarizing progress made towards implementing the conditions of its SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewers, Permit No. GP-0-24-001, for the year ending April 1, 2026. This Annual Report will be presented to the public during the Village Board meeting on March 10, 2026, scheduled to begin at 7 pm at the Municipal Building, 1 Maple Street, New York Mills. Public comment on the SWMP and Annual Report, either oral or written, is solicited and welcome. The documents will be available for review prior to the meeting at the office of the Village Clerk.
