SUNSHINE YACHTS, INC., ERVIN D. BRITT, in personam, and the M/V FIVE O'CLOCK II, Official Number: 1164706, her engines, furniture, tackle and apparel, in rem, Defendants. TO: Ervin D. Britt Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action.
