NOTICE TO CREDITORS Having qualified as the Co-Administrators of the Estate of Matthew J. Kemper, deceased, late of Currituck County, the undersigned does hereby notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the estate of said, Matthew J. Kemper, to exhibit them to the undersigned on or before the 22nd day of July 2026 or this notice will be placed in bar of their recovery.
