Currituck County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at the Historic Currituck County Courthouse on May 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM and possibly take action on: PB 84-11 Corolla Light, Phase 10: Request to amend the sketch plan/special use permit for the Corolla Light Planned Unit Development to remove open space designation and add a dwelling unit (for a total of 3 additional dwellings) as part of the Beach Club at Whalehead. The subject properties are parcel identification numbers 115B-000-P2D1-OPEN and 114J-000-COMM-0000, Poplar Branch (Beach) Township.
