NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON 
PROPOSED FY2026-2027 BUDGET
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget for the Lower Cape Fear Water and Sewer Authority (LCFWASA) has been submitted to the LCFWASA's Board of Directors, and a copy is available for public inspection between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at LCFWASA's office located at 1107 New Pointe Boulevard, Suite 17, Leland, North Carolina 28451. A digital copy of the proposed budget may be requested by emailing admin@lcfwasa.gov, or it may be viewed on LCFWASA's website at www.lcfwasa.org by selecting the Forms & Reports tab.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the LCFWASA Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the pro-posed budget at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026, at LCFWASA's office located at 1107 New Pointe Boulevard, Suite 17, Leland, North Carolina 28451. The public hearing will be held both in person and virtually. The public hearing will be simultaneously streamed live online and may be viewed on LCFWASA's Facebook Page or via the Zoom link on LCFWASA's website: www.lcfwasa.org.
To speak in person at the public hearing, please go to LCFWASA's office at 1107 New Pointe Boulevard, Suite 17, Leland, North Carolina 28451, the morning of the public hearing. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. To speak during the public hearing, please access the public hearing via the Zoom link on LCFWASA's website: www.lcfwasa.org.
