ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF CARRABELLE CARRABELLE, FLORIDA EVERGREEN CEMETERY ADDITION General Notice CITY OF CARRABELLE (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: EVERGREEN CEMETERY ADDITION 170.050.01 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Carrabelle City Hall located at 1206 Highway 98 East, Carrabelle, Florida 32322, until Thursday, February 5, at 1:30pm local time. Sealed bids must be submitted in triplicate and marked Sealed Bid, Evergreen Cemetery Addition. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Labor and materials for cemetery addition. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Inovia Consulting Group 401 East 9th Avenue Tallahassee, Florida 32303 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am 5:00pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570. The selected contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten working days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidders delivery service.
