NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Outlook Ventures LLC has petitioned the City Commission of the City of Macclenny, Florida for approval of a Preliminary Development Plan known as Ellianos Coffee Macclenny. The Applicant is proposing to construct a drive through coffee shop upon approximately 0.5 acres located on the west side of South 6th Street between Barber Road and Industrial Way. A public hearing to approve the Preliminary Development Plan will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Gerald Dopson City Council Chambers at City Hall, 118 East Macclenny Avenue, Macclenny, Florida. The Preliminary Development Plan may be obtained from the office of the City Clerk at City Hall Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Should any person decide to appeal any decision made as a result of this hearing, such person will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of these proceedings is made.
