CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Bradenton Planning Commission will meet in regular session on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton to consider the following items at a public hearing:
Quasi-Judicial: Final Order: PLN-VAR-26-0001 Public Hearing
Final Order of the Planning Commission for the City of Bradenton, Florida, approving Variance No. PLN-VAR-26-0001 to allow a 72-inch (6-foot) high fence in the front yard, including around a dumpster enclosure; for property located at 829 57th Street East, Bradenton, Florida (Parcel ID 1424600159), as more particularly described herein; providing for severability; providing for recordation; and providing for an effective date. Application filed by Luke Beerman of Freedom Fence Builders, LLC (agent) for Suncoast Executive Storage, LLC (owner).
All interested persons and parties may appear either in person and be heard or submit written comments regarding the above matter to the Planning and Community Development Director and they will be heard and considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary. Copies of the application or further information may be obtained from the Department of Planning and Community Development, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton, Florida, 34205, by calling (941) 932-9407, or emailing planning@bradentonfl.gov
Pursuant to Florida Statute 286.0105, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, council, agency or commission at this meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The City does not provide verbatim transcripts.
