Bre revard COUNTY Central Services 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way Suite C-301 Viera, FL 32940 Florida's Space Coast Telephone (321) 733-5624 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Pursuant to section 286.011, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners Animal Services Department will be holding a Dangerous/Aggressive Dog hearing on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Viera Government Center, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Building C, 2nd floor, Space Coast Room. If a person desires to appeal any decision made by this board, agency, or commission (as appropriate) with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, such a person will need a record of this proceeding and, for such purposes, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of this proceeding is made, at his/her own expense, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statute, persons needing special accommodations or an interpreter to participate in the proceeding, please notify the Clerk to the Special Magistrate no later than forty-eight hours prior to the meeting at (321) 733-5624 or (321) 637-5337.
