Meeting to discuss TIF funds for road design and paving in Grant-Valkaria.

MEETING NOTICE The Brevard County Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee for the North Mainland District will meet on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider: The town of Grant-Valkaria request to utilize TIF funds for the design and paving of multiple unpaved roads (Reynolds Rd, Puddle Duck Ln, Hofbauer Way) within the Town. The Town is requesting $500,000.00 for this. The meeting will be held in the Public Works Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Public Works, at the Brevard County Government Center, Building A, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by this committee with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, such a person will need a record of this proceeding and that, for such purposes, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of this proceeding is made, at his/her expense, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which any appeal is to be based.
