Notice is hereby given that, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Collier County will on March 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Collier County Courthouse, 1st Floor Customer Service Department, Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida: Lot 32, HADLEY PLACE WEST, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 63 Pages 20 through 21, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. and commonly known as 720 Hadley Street W, Naples, Florida 34104; in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 26, 2026 in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above and the docket number of which is 25-CC-3073. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
