PRENDOTA; STACEY PRENDOTA F/K/A STACEY L. WRIGHT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A RICHARD MATZ, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 26th day of February, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit: LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 2628, UNIT 38, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 87 THROUGH 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
