OLSON A/K/A COREY LEE OLSON, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on March 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit: PARCEL 1: Parcel 10, being a portion of Lot 4, Block C, of GULF COAST ACRES ADDITION as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 145, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and as described as follows: For a Point of reference, commence at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4, Block C, of GULF COAST ACRES ADDITION; run thence North 0 degrees 12 minutes 02 seconds East, along the Westerly boundary of said Lot 4, a distance of 521.32 feet for a Point of Beginning; from said Point of Beginning, continue North 0 degrees 12 minutes 02 seconds East, 260.66 feet; thence North 89 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds East, 161.06 feet; thence South 0 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds West, 260.59 feet; thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes 39 seconds West, 161.10 feet to the Point of Beginning.
