FIRST INSERTION NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, PROBATE DIVISION REF: 25-011829-ES IN RE: ESTATE OF MERLIN L. YOUNT Deceased. The administration of the estate of MERLIN L. YOUNT, deceased, whose date of death was on October 23, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Department, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756. The name and address of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representatives Attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedents estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICES OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
