0131 SACRN 2026-4631 ITB LPS FRONT OFFICE RENO INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for furnishing of all labor and materials and performing all work necessary and incidental to 2026-4631 Lecanto Primary School Front Office Renovations will be received by the Citrus County School Board prior to 2:30 p.m. local time February 19, 2026 in the Purchasing Department, Citrus County School Board, Building 200, 1007 West Main Street, Inverness, Florida, 34450-4625. Immediately following all bids received will be opened and read aloud in Building 200, Purchasing Department. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will within ten (10) calendar days after written notice being given of bid acceptance, enter into a written Contract with the Citrus County School Board, in accordance with the accepted Bid, and give a surety bond satisfactory to the Citrus County School Board equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of the Bids. All prime contractors must hold a Citrus County School Board Certificate of Pre-qualification to bid on Citrus County School Board construction projects. Prime contractors must be pre-qualified by the Citrus County School Board prior to submitting a bid. Prime contractors bids must be within the bid limits specified on their pre-qualification certificate. A mandatory pre-bid conference for Prime Contractors, and optional for sub-contractors, will be held at Lecanto Primary School, 3790 West Educational Path, Lecanto, Florida 34461. B. Conference will occur February 5, 2026, 4:00 pm. Bidders may obtain a maximum of two (2) sets of Contract Documents from DONNELLY ARCHITECTURE, 1384 N. CITRUS AVENUE, CRYSTAL RIVER, FLORIDA 34428, 352-249-1166 upon deposit of a check made payable to the Citrus County School Board in the amount of $ 300 per set. A refund of this deposit will be made upon the return of these Documents in satisfactory condition within ten (10) days after the opening of Bids.
