TO: DENNIS J. TOTH AND ANY PERSON OR ENTITY CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST HIM and all parties claiming interests by, through under or against them.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been brought against you for Interpleader in Citrus County, Florida
This action is asking the Court to decide how the following real or personal property should be divided: The overbid funds in the amount of $7,433.86 resulting from the tax deed sale that occurred on or around January 15, 2025 and referenced as Tax Deed #2024-0576TD.
You are required to serve a copy of your our written defenses to it, if any, on Traci Perry, as Citrus County Clerk of Court and Comptroller, whose address is c/o Keith Taylor Law Group, P.A., P.O. Box 2016, Lecanto FL, 34460, within 30 days of the 1st publication date, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Citrus County Clerk of the Court, 110 N. Apopka Ave., #101, Inverness, Florida, 34450 before service on Plaintiff or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
