ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFP
Sealed proposals for Employee Benefits Broker of Record, RFP No. 2026-20 for the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Coordinator, City Hall, Ormond Beach, Florida, until March 10, 2026 at1:00 PM, at which time Proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Training Room (breezeway) at City Hall. Proposals received after the above time and date will be returned unopened.
The City of Ormond Beach, located in Volusia County, Florida, is comprised of approximately 33 square miles, with a population of 43,000 and 349 full-time employees. The city is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide employee benefits broker of record services for all employee health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other related employee benefit programs.
