ad# 12046342 02/08/26 LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID BANANA RIVER BLVD AND ATLANTIC AVE SEWER ADJUSTMENT BID NUMBER CB26 002 The City of Cocoa Beach is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the BANANA RIVER BLVD AND ATLANTIC AVE SEWER ADJUSTMENTS. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Cocoa Beach at the City Clerk office located at 2 South Orlando Ave. Cocoa Beach, FL 32931, until 2:00pm local time, on March 20, 2026. The Invitation to Bid package may be obtained on the Citys website at www.cityofcocoabeach.com/bids.aspx and at www.demandstar.com. The proposed work is generally described as follows: Project consist of removal and replacing approximately 50 LF of existing 8"VCP gravity sewer pipe with 8" PVC gravity sewer pipe, installation ofapproximately 9 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer pipe and grouting andabandonment of approximately 25LF of existing 8" gravity sewer, removal ofapproximately 51 LF of existing 10" VCP gravity sewer, removal andreplacement of approximately 51 LF of existing 12" PVC gravity sewer,installation of 24 LF of 6" PVC service line, 4 core borings to existingmanholes and removal and replacement of 1 new sanitary manhole. This willinclude but is not limited to temporary bypass pumping, constructiontemporary site access, MOT, utility replacement/ relocation, erosion control,dewatering and restoration All Bids must be in accordance with the Bidding Documents on file with Black &Veatch Corporation Electronic Copies of the Bidding Documents have also been provided to Biddersin PDF format without charge.
