NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure Iin Rem) entered in Case No. 2024CA000373 of the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit, in and for, Gadsden County, Florida entered on December 17, 2025, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the South Door, Gadsden County Courthouse, 10 East Jefferson Street, Quincy, FL 32351, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 12th day of March 2026, the following described property:
The North Half (N 1/2) of Lot Fifteen (15) on and according to a map or plat of the Original Town of Quincy, Florida, saving and excepting therefrom a parcel Ten (10) feet wide by Ten (10) feet long in the Southeast Corner thereof, said exception being more particularly described as beginning at the Southeast Corner of the North Half (N 1/2) of said Lot Fifteen (15) and run North Ten (10) feet, thence West Ten (10) feet, thence South Ten (10) feet, thence East Ten (10) feet to the point of beginning.
Said lands situate, lying and being in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Two (2) North, Range Three (3) West, being in the City of Quincy, County of Gadsden and State of Florida.
Property Address: 319 W King Street, Quincy, Florida 32351.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after sale, if any, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date the the clerk reports the funds unclaimed.
