PUBLIC NOTICE THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR CITY COMMISSION MONTHLY MEETING ON TUESDAY, February 10, 2026 AT 6:00 P.M. IN THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN COMMISSION CHAMBERS LOCATED AT 104 EAST MAIN STREET BOWLING GREEN, FLORIDA 33834 Second Reading of the following Ordinance: Ordinance No. 2025-07 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, FLORIDA VACATING AND CLOSING AN UNIMPROVED ALLEYWAY LYING BETWEEN COCONUT STREET AND DOC COIL ROAD IN BLOCK 42, BOWLING GREEN RAILROAD SURVEY AT THE REQUEST OF ADJACENT OWNERS DOUG AND SHERIE BATTEY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Public is invited to attend and provide input. Copies of proposed ordinance are available for review at City Hall during normal business hours. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The City of Bowling Green is committed to providing reasonable accommodation for access for the disabled.
