January 1st, in the year of our Lord, 2023 Anno Domini Schedule B: Trustee Minutes 5-1973 Other Property Exchange - Intangible Property Literary Minutes of Meeting of KERATON (An Irrevocable Express Trust Organization) MISCELLANEOUS AFFIDAVIT OF FICTITIOUS BUSINESS NAME STATEMENT To the governing authorities of this Express Trust, including all Corporation Soles, without limitation the State of Florida and the State of Texas: The Sole Trustee formally convened the meeting and confirmed that, effective January 1, 2023, the Trustee accepted custody of certain intangible property, specifically identified as an Affidavit of Fictitious Business Name Statement, to be administered under the trust and published through appropriate local municipal newspaper filings, including but not limited to records maintained by the Seminole County Circuit Court Clerk & Comptroller. The Trustee authorized the initial transfer of the described property in consideration for one hundred (100) units of Beneficial Interest, herein designated as Trust Certificate Units (TCUs), to be issued and maintained under this Indenture by the Trustees for the benefit of the Beneficiaries, also referred to as Members of KERATON EXPRESS TRUST. The TRUSTEE shall: a) Keep minutes of all future business meetings and Board of Trustee meetings b) Act in the best interest of all Trust Certificate Unit Holders through prudent record keeping of certificate transfers and other business respecting the holders and this Express Trust.
