NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 24, 2025, in Case No. 2024-CA-000550 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Highlands County, Florida, wherein Sun 'n Lake of Sebring Improvement District, is Plaintiff, and DAPHNE BRATHWAITE is Defendant, the Office of Jerome Kaszubowski, Highlands County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Jury Assembly Room (Basement Level) at the Highlands County Courthouse, located at 430 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida at 11:00 AM on February 18, 2026 after compliance with requirements of Florida Statute 45.031., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: LOT 6, IN BLOCK 622, OF SUN N LAKES ESTATES OF SEBRING, UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
