NOTICE OF ACTION FOR PETITION FOR PATERNITY AND OTHER RELATED RELIEF
 TO: Tyler Michael Salzman whose last known address is 641 Fairhaven St., Deltona, FL. 32725 3/2/2026 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Name Change has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Lawrence P. Cartelli Esq., Attorney for the Petitioner's whose address is P.O. Box 1826, Tavares, FL. 32778 on or before 3/2/2026 and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 550 West Main Street, Tavares, FL. 32778 before service on Petitioner's Attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition. Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request. You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address.
