Miscellaneous Public Notices DOUBLE BRANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Double Branch Community Development District is scheduled to be meet on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Plantation Oaks Amenity Center, 845 Oakleaf Plantation Parkway, Orange Park, Florida 32065. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. An electronic copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, Florida 32092 (and phone (904) 940-5850) and on the Districts website at www.DoubleBranchCDD.com. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
