Alta Vista Elementary School Modernization Project, 801 Scenic Highway, Haines City, FL 33844 Creative Contractors Inc. is requesting bids for Early Release Bid Packages for the Alta Vista Elementary School Modernization project. Interested bidders shouldprovide their contact information inclusive of email address to Alexis Carr (acarr@creativecontractors.com) for ITB issuance. The remaining bid packages shall be issued at a later date TBD, inclusive of respective bid deadline requirements. Interested bidders should provide their contact information per the above. All bid correspondence and document issuance will be via Building Connected. Sealed Bid submission deadline for the Early Release Packages will be 2:00 p.m., February 23rd, 2026, at which time bids will be opened publicly.
