Lee County School District - Diplomat Middle School Restrooms Renovation Invitation to bid. Sealed bids will be received by R.D. Johnson Construction Inc. Construction Manager located at 7916 Drew Circle Suite 7, Fort Myers, FL. 33967. (239-489-0930) until 10:00am on Monday, February 23, 2026, for Lee County School District - Diplomat Middle School Restrooms Renovation. Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope that includes; Project Name, bid Due Date, and company identification. We are requesting bids on the following scopes of work; demolition, concrete & masonry, drywall, flooring, painting, restroom accessories, plumbing, and electrical. Sealed bids will be opened at 1:00pm on Monday, February 23, 2026 at the R.D. Johnson Construction office located at 7916 Drew Circle Suite 7, Fort Myers, FL. 33967. Interested subcontractors are welcome to attend the bid opening.
