REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Information Technology Managed Services
Request for Proposals: #01-2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Emerald Coast Regional Council (ECRC) is requesting proposals for Information Technology (IT) Managed Services.
The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to select a single organization that can provide ongoing IT managed services to the ECRC.
The request for proposal submissions will be reviewed to evaluate proposers who can best address ECRCs needs. Said proposals will be evaluated and results will be made public after completion of the negotiation process with the selected vendor. ECRC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process.

February 4, 2026 Request for Proposal Released
February 9, 2026 Deadline for Questions or Clarification 5:00 p.m. (CST)
February 23, 2026 Deadline for Proposal Submission 5:00 p.m. (CST)
