CITY OF WINTER GARDEN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #26-002 JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR WINTER GARDEN The City of Winter Garden, Florida, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors that are interested in providing janitorial and floor care services for various buildings and departments. Proposal packages must be received no later than 4 PM (local time) on Monday, April 13, 2026. Any proposal packages received after the above-noted time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a proposal package is received will be resolved against the Respondent. Proposal packages submitted after this designated time will be returned unopened. Contractors interested in providing the janitorial services shall submit one (1) original, four (4) copies, and one (1) flash drive containing all original documents of the required response of their proposal to the City of Winter Garden reception desk by the submission deadline to the attention of: David W. Markland Facilities Operations Manager City of Winter Garden RFP #26-002 300 W. Plant Street Winter Garden, FL 34787 No faxed or electronic submissions will be accepted. RFP proposal packages may be obtained Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, by emailing David Markland at dmarkland@cwgdn.com . The City of Winter Garden reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or total, any or all proposals and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the City. Each proposer must request the RFP package by emailing David Markland. A link to download all pertinent documents will then be provided. Each proposer must download the RFP package before submitting a proposal and ensure a representative attends the MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING. The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Thursday March 5 th , 2026, at the Tanner Hall, 29 W. Garden Avenue, Winter Garden, Florida 34787. Proposers who have not purchased an RFP package from the City prior to submitting their proposal and do not have a representative attend the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting shall be disqualified. All proposals must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposers name, project name, and the time and date of opening.
