PUBLIC NOTICE Osceola County hereby gives notice of the intent to revise the flood hazard information within the Lake Hart and Lake Ajay watersheds and unnamed ponding areas, specifically located south of Clapp Simms Duda Rd, east of N Narcoossee Rd, north of Moore St, and extending west approximately 1.5 miles of N Narcoossee Rd. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall increase, decrease and be established within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Osceola County Community Development Office at 1 Courthouse Square, Suite 1400, Kissimmee, FL 34741. Interested persons may call the office of the Flood Plain Administrator at 407-742-0200 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday for additional information. February 5, 2026
