NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14th day of January 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-000768, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida SCO FUND I LLC, is the Plaintiff, and OLA TRADING GROUP LLC; JORGE LUIS OTERO DE VARGAS, an Individual; SPECTRUM AT REUNION CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; REUNION RESORT & CLUB OF ORLANDO MASTER ASSOCIATON, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, are the Defendants. Kelvin Soto, Esq., the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at OSCEOLA COUNTY COURTHOUSE, ROOM 204, THREE COURTHOUSE SQUARE, KISSIMME, FL 34741, on the prescribed date, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues, at, 11:00 AM on the 18th day of FEBRUARY 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7760-116 OF SPECTRUM AT REUNION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5776, PAGE 1063, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AMENDMENT ADDING PHASE 13, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6566, PAGE 554, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
