PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in accordance with Section 177.101 of the Florida Statutes, William C. McKinney intends to petition the Board of County Commissioners of
Flagler County, Florida, on February 9, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible during its regular scheduled meeting to relocate the 5 foot wide drainage and utility easement adjacent (10 feet total when combined with the adjacent lot) to interior side lot lines on the common lot line lying between Lot 67 and Lot 68 of Veranda Bay Phase 1A, as recorded in Map Book 40, Pages 59 through 64, in the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida, to the exterior side lot lines for the resulting combined parcel to create a 10 foot wide drainage and utility easement adjacent to the exterior side lot lines (10 feet along the South lot line of Lot 67 and 10 feet along the North lot line of Lot 68).
PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 286.0105, EACH BOARD, COMMISSION, OR AGENCY OF THIS STATE OR OF ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION THEREOF SHALL
INCLUDE IN THE NOTICE OF ANY MEETING OR HEARING, IF NOTICE OF THE MEETING OR HEARING IS REQUIRED, OF SUCH BOARD, COMMISSION OR AGENCY, CONSPICUOUSLY ON SUCH NOTICE, THE ADVICE THAT, IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE BOARD, AGENCY, OR COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING OR HEARING, HE OR SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
