REQUEST FOR SUBMITTALS
CDBG Grant Administration and/or Engineering Services
for a CDBG-ED Funded Project

The City of Marianna invites qualified individuals/firms to submit Proposals for Grant Administration and/or Statements of Qualifications for Engineering Services for a Community Development Block Grant funded through the Florida Department of Commerce.
Proposal requirements for CDBG Grant Administration Services and/or Engineering Services may be requested by contacting the City of Marianna Grants Coordinator Nikki Mayberry at 2895 Jefferson Street Marianna, FL 32446, by email at nmayberry@mariannafl.city, or by telephone at (850) 718-1025.
Five (5) copies of sealed proposals must be received by February 24, 2026, 2:00 PM CST to City of Marianna, ATTN: Nikki Mayberry, 2895 Jefferson Street Marianna, FL 32446. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Submittals received will be publicly opened and read in the Marianna City Hall Commission Chambers located at 2897 Jefferson Street, Marianna, FL 32446.
Submittal envelopes for Grant Administration must be sealed and marked with the RFP number, "Grant Administration", due date, and name of respondent. If more than one envelope is needed, please mark "1 of 2", "2 of 2", etc.
Submittal envelopes for Engineering Services must be sealed and marked with the RFQ number, "Engineering Services", due date, and name of respondent. If more than one envelope is needed, please mark "1 of 2", "2 of 2", etc.
Small business and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, Veteran owned businesses and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals, and firms using such subcontractors are strongly encouraged to solicit such firms in the subcontracting process. Any Contracts/subcontracts issued under this procurement must comply with the necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority businesses, women's business enterprises, Veteran owned businesses and labor surplus area firms are used, when possible, in accordance with 2 CFR 200.321
