CITY OF PUNTA GORDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the Punta Gorda Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. and the Punta Gorda City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard to consider the following request: V-08-2025: A request by Bowman Consulting Group, LTD, Applicant and Agent, authorized by Michelle Miller as Executive Vice President of NNN GP Corp., the Registered General Partner for NNN REIT, LP, Property Owner, for a variance pursuant to Chapter 26, Section 16.10, Punta Gorda Code, from multiple sections of Chapter 26 pertaining to site and building design requirements, to allow the construction of a drive-thru coffee shop on an approximate 0.78-acre parcel located at 1225 Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950. The applicant is requesting a variance from Punta Gorda Code, Chapter 26, Section 3.10(g)(8); and Section 7.4, Subsections (a)(1), (a)(2)a., (a)(2)d., (a)(2)e., (a)(2)f., (a)(3)a., (a)(4)a., (e)(4)., (e)(11)., and (e)(12). LEGAL: All of Block 110; less and except the west 186.00 feet thereof, City of Punta Gorda, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 26, of the public records of Charlotte County, Florida; also less and except a strip 3.00 feet wide off the east side thereof for state road right-of-way; said land is in the north half of Section 07, Township 41 South, Range 23 East. A/K/A: 1225 Tamiami Trail PUG 000 0110 000N CHARLOTTE COUNTY PARCEL ID: 412307177002 Said hearings will be held in the Laishley Community Room at 120 Laishley Court, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. Any persons desiring to be heard on this matter may appear at the above time and place. If an appeal is to be made of any decision made at this meeting, a verbatim record of the proceeding may be required. A copy of this notice and the associated public hearing documents are available for inspection at the Office of the City Clerk located 117 Herald Court, Unit 211, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950.
