NOTICE OF RETIREMENT Silverman H. Silverman, MD, PACS, Vascular Surgeon, will retire from his practice effective March 8, 2026. His office located at 1215 S. East Ave, #307, Sarasota, FL 34239 will remain open and Dr. Kristian Ulloa & Dr. Mariano Arosemena of Vascular Wellness Institute will take over the practice and care for his patients. Patients may contact the office to obtain copies of their medical records or call with questions: (941) 312-6196. It has been Dr. Silverman's privledge to serve the community.
