Lauderdale, FL 33068, Defendants. NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2026, entered in Case No.: COCE-25-007657 of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein THE COURTYARDS OF BROWARD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, LEONARDO SORRELL, MIRIAM D SANTOYO, AND UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are defendants, the Clerk will set to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via online auction at www.broward.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 6th day of March 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: Condominium Unit 4214, of THE CORTYARDS OF BROWARD CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 8183, Page 780, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. A/K/A: 1830 SW 81st Avenue, UNIT #4214, N. Lauderdale, FL 33068 Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with the clerk within sixty (60) days after the sale.
